That is the ability to contact us for assistance via phone, email, or a ticket system that sends an automated response notifying you a support ticket has been generated. Which means there's no need to log in separately if you need help.

Within the platform, we have help screens available that will walk you through specific system features. We also conduct webinars on a variety of topics and offer customize training options including on-demand virtual training, in-person training and group training at our Corona offices if you're local.
