Account Executive Details

Duties and Responsibilities:

The daily management of incidents, operational maintenance, support and proactive/preventative analysis of systems.
Train new customers on the product and assist existing customers with user related questions.
Is able to plan, schedule and monitor work activities in order to meet time and quality targets.
Demonstrates analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
Communicates fluently orally and in writing and can present product information to customers.
Gather product requirements and feedback from customers in a clear, detailed and systematic manner.
Prioritize and manage tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
Provide status to end customers with detail explanation of upgrades, system fixes and new features.
Ability to provide daily status to reporting manager and/or co-workers. Must be a team player.
Provide detail feedback in writing on customer recommendations pertaining to the product.
Continuously makes an effort to understand and learn the product.
Seeks assistance, help and/or training from coworkers.
Follows all internal processes and systems in place.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field OR equivalent work experience.
Great customer service and problem solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Time & Attendance, Payroll, Staffing and/or HR industry knowledge is a plus.
Desire to learn new technologies.
Very organized, structured and process driven.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Jr. Programmer Details

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop applications written in JavaScript, ASPX, C#, and/or SQL using the Microsoft stack of .NET (Visual Studio 4+ and SQL Server 2012+).
Should be able to adapt to new languages, methodologies, and platforms to meet the needs of the project.
Initial duties may include reviewing code, writing documentation, and following test procedures.
Later duties may include responsibility for production software components.
Work may include UI design, business logic development and SQL optimization.
Work alongside other development and operations team members to collaborate and develop dynamic solutions.

Qualifications

Working towards or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Knowledge of object oriented programming
Experience with Microsoft .Net, C#, SQL Server
Familiarity with database programming
Familiarity with web applications
Strong technical skills including understanding of software development principles
Hands-on experience through coursework or internship
Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player
Strong communication oral and written skills, both written and oral
Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence

SQL Server Administrator Details

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain stable, reliable and effective databases
Optimize and maintain legacy systems
Modify databases according to requests and perform tests
Solve database usage issues and malfunctions
Liaise with developers to improve applications and establish best practices
Gather user requirements and identify new features
Develop technical and training manuals
Provide data management support to users
Ensure all database programs meet company and performance requirements
Research and suggest new database products, services and protocols
Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data
Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses
Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users
Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards
Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity
Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required

Qualifications

Working towards or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Proven work experience as a Database administrator
In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security and monitoring)
Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications
Hands on experience with SQL
Familiarity working with .Net Framework, JavaScript, HTML and SQL Server
Excellent analytical and organization skills
An ability to understand front-end users requirements and a problem-solving attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
