Maintain store conditions per company standard.

Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of equipment. Safe use of equipements is directly proportional to safety of your employees as well as customers.

Achieve and surpass productivity and payroll goals in each department. Breakdown the annual goal into small achievable targets so as to maintain better tracking and analysis.

Ensure proper inventory levels and controls. Irregularities in available inventry not only jeopardizes your sale, as well as leads to negative branding among customers.

Establish and maintain a working relationship with all support staff and supervisors.

Maintain an ongoing awareness of competitive activity in the immediate marketing area.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
